Wetland Delineation:

Wetland delineations are performed by a licensed professional versed in plant identification, soil description, and field indicators of hydrology. 

We will delineate and flag wetland boundaries on your site, and provide a digital sketch to assist others in locating flags.

Mapping:

We also offer the option of locating our wetland boundary flags with a survey-grade GPS, and will provide you with a stamped PDF document showing accurate wetland boundary locations, suitable for permitting uses. (See example below.)

Along with your Wetland Boundary Plan, we also provide a coordinate file of geo-spatially referenced data points, which includes information (RMS and PDOP) to verify the accuracy of each wetland flag location. This information is suitable for direct placement onto land surveying/engineering plans. In fact, Surveying and Engineering Firms are our largest clients.
